I’m Lisa, founder of Soft Presence.

I am passionate about all things women—being a woman, being with inspired women, and remembering the soft power of women—our sacred femininity, beauty, and hearts.

I am inspired by what happens when women gather. This is more than holistic practice and community. It is a spiral of feminine remembrance, a place where we breathe together, heal together, and rise together. A place to return to your own softness, breath, and spiral.
