This is a mirror field—a space where your breath and energy are reflected back to you without distortion. I hold a stable, still presence that allows you to reconnect with your own inner balance.
What to Expect
Guided Breath Practices: We begin with gentle breath sequences tailored to your current state.
Silence as a Tool: Between breaths, we use intentional silence to let your system recalibrate naturally.
Mirror Field: I do not analyse or interpret. I mirror your breath and energy, allowing you to see yourself clearly.
Integration: We close with a brief reflection and a grounding exercise to help you carry the coherence forward.
Who It’s For
This session is for those who feel fragmented, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and seek to return to their own center. It’s especially helpful if you’ve been giving too much of yourself and need a safe space to receive.
