Arrival & Grounding (15 minutes)
Participants enter in silence
Grounding breath and gentle body awareness
Intention setting with optional journaling
Breath Spiral Practice (45 minutes)
Guided breathwork in three phases:
Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth
Breath holds between cycles
Spiral breathing pattern (expanding and contracting)
Soft music or silence to support the practice
Integration & Sharing (30 minutes)
Gentle return to stillness
Optional sharing circle (verbal or written)
Closing ritual with gratitude and grounding
